Yes — uplift of the old carpet and underlay, plus disposal at our cost, is included in our installed price unless you specifically ask to keep it. You don't need to organise a skip, and you don't need to be home for disposal — it leaves the site with our crew on the install day.
Yes. Standard furniture moving is included in our installed price — beds, lounges, dining tables, dressers, wardrobes, and similar. For very heavy or specialty items (pianos, oversized custom wardrobes, heavy gym equipment) we'll discuss in advance so the right resourcing is in place on install day.
Yes. Every installation is performed by our in-house Carpet Logistics crew to AS/NZS 2455 standard, which means the manufacturer's product warranty stays fully intact. We do not subcontract installs — the crew that installs your carpet is the crew the manufacturer expects, and warranty claims (if you ever need one) are handled by us.
Yes. We run a full B2B service for offices, schools, childcare, retail, hospitality, and strata in both Melbourne and Adelaide. Commercial carpet tiles start at $59.75/m² and commercial broadloom at $54.64/m². We supply AS/NZS 1530.3 fire-rated and AS 4586 slip-rated product, provide a Certificate of Insurance on request, and run after-hours and weekend installs so trading isn't interrupted.
